Hi Bill, welcome to the forums. Are you looking to produce using TCTV equipment or to buy your own? We have microphones and such for voice work, but they are not available for rent, personal use, or commercial production. Hi Bill -
I suggest you look into offerings at TESC. I believe Evergreen offers a speaking/voice-over class. I don't remember the particulars though it should be easy to obtain the info on Evergreen's web site. South Puget Sound Community College is also ramping up multimedia offerings too. Maybe they have something that may help.
