Public Service Annoucements

Thurston Community Television (TCTV) welcomes PSAs from non-profit organizations and government agencies in Thurston County for display on the Readerboard.

TCTV cannot guarantee all announcements will air, however every attempt will be made to accommodate submitted PSAs. All submissions are on a first come, first served basis.

Please list dates, times, location, contact information for public events and name of sponsoring organization in the message text.
Write your message in the spaces provided. Include ONE character per blank (applies to punctuation and spacing as well).
Do not hyphenate or split words from one line to another; your message will be easier to read.
TCTV staff reserves the right to edit content for purposes of readability.

The following guidelines must be used for all PSA submissions:

ELEGIBILITY: Only non-profit organizations and government agencies with offices in Thurston County may submit messages. Nonprofits must be registered with the State of WA or a chapter of a regional/national organization.

FORMAT: Maximum length - 144 Characters (includes punctuation & spacing).

SUBMISSION: Please submit at least two weeks prior to requested RUN TIME.

RUN TIME: Up to 14 days per announcement.

ADVERTISING: No promotion of products, commercial business or services, or lotteries will be allowed in message per TCTV policies.
