To process your payment, you will be taken to a secure payment form. Types of payment excepted are Visa or Mastercard. To pay by cash or check, please stop by the TCTV Studio at 440 Yauger Way, SW Suite C, Olympia WA 98502.

Please include your name, address, phone number, email address and the name of your act in the miscellaneous information field of the payment form.

Be sure to mail or drop off your completed application after your payment is processed!
