Deborah is responsible for overall management of TCTV, human resources, financial administration and resource development.

Production Services

Susan Willis

Susan Willis is TCTV's Director of Government Access Services.

Bob Neal

Bob Neal is TCTV's Mobile Production & Engineering Coordinator.

Contract Services is responsible for all contract productions, government productions, community interest projects and TCTV promotional videos. Bob and Susan produce all programming for TCTV clients.

Channel Operations

Bill Oliphant

Bill Oliphant is the Channel Operations Manager. He is responsible for all things related to getting your program on the air. Bill receives members' tapes and DVDs, develops the channel schedules and programs and manages the playback system.

Ryan Muff

Ryan Muff is TCTV's Webmaster. He is responsible for the design and development of all content on tctv.net and ypn.tctv.net. Ryan is also responsible for the design and development of all TCTV Community Reader Board content.

Information Technology

John Koch

John Koch is TCTV's Information Technology Manager & Government Producer. John provides technical support to staff for computer-related issues, maintains TCTV's Mac non-linear editing computers, manages the administrative network, serves as Co-Webmaster and works to implement new methods for digital distribution of TCTV programming.

Member Services

Robert Kam

Robert Kam is TCTV's Public Access Manager. He oversees TCTV's public access services and digital media training program. Robert also manages staffing of the facility.
